Currently we can accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and EFT payments.

 

Regular customer discounted cleaning rates

Weekly services:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour of labour.

 

Bi-weekly services:

$34.00 - $36.00 per hour of labour.

 

Monthly services (every 4 weeks):

 $38.00 - $40.00 per hour of labour.

 

Occational cleaning services:

This service level is charged at $45.00 per hour of labour and requires the customer to have already had services provided by us withing the last 3 calander months. Schedule is not set as customer just calls us when service is needed.

 

One time cleaning rates

One time cleanings can be move in/outs, renovation or one off cleanings.

First 5 hours of labour $60/hr. Additional hours or labour $40/hr.

 

Move in/out cleaning services are based on our 1 time cleaning rates:

First 5 hours are charged at $60 per hour of labour. Any time above 5 hours is charged at $40.00 per hour of labour. Please visit our move in/out page to fill in a quick form so we will be able to send you a quote by email.

 

New construction or renovation cleaning services are based on our 1 time cleaning rates:

First 5 hours are charged at $60 per hour of labour. Any time above 5 hours is charged at $40.00 per hour of labour. Please note that we do require an in home estimate to be able to provide a quote for this service level. Give us a call to set up an appointment when your ready to get the house back in livable condition.

 

One off cleanings are based on our 1 time cleaning rates:

First 5 hours are charged at $60 per hour of labour. Any time above 5 hours is charged at $40.00 per hour of labour. We have a minimum of 3 hours required for this service. You may need a one off cleaning because of guests or maybe your regular cleaner is sick. Please give us a call also if special cleaning services such as inside the fridge or stove, sweeping the garage/basement or help with organizing is needed.
